Hello, I’m going to jump through some big tunes that I couldn’t quite fit into the last House & Techno for April 2021. Got some slices of Techno, some bass heavy cuts and a classic to talk about. Read through to check out the artwork and music on show!

Interplanetary Criminal — Darkside // Kicking off with a sub rattling Garage bomb. Brilliant skippy beats hold a filthy bassline that modulates throughout this ridiculous record. Get this on with a proper subwoofer!

Yant — Kaleidoscopic Vision // 1st Techno cut on the list is a powerful and progressive tune. Subtly tweaking percussive elements drive forward while touches of eerie FX add to the atmosphere throughout this booming track.

Kettama — We Plant The Roses // Keeping it big and wild next. This Techno cut has a more melodic touch to it. The feel good filtered chords interlaced over the top of some hefty and chunky beats. Top stuff for the summer parties!

Boriqua Tribez — Celina 2013 Revamp // This is an unrelenting and fast cut of tribal Techno. Constantly tweaking, cutting and diving in and out of the quick and constant beats. Flashes of the burnin’ up vocal line adds a brilliant touch to this crazy track.

Morphology — Sorace // Diving into some sublime acid electro. It’s massive with intensely banging compressed beats that power the record, but the tweaking acid line throughout, with the extra layers of acid too, is what really makes this standout.

Rudosa — Viable Entity // Blisteringly frantic with sizzling high hats that build into dark and tough sections that you’d imagine would be rocking any warehouse until the early hours. Spooky distorted vocals give the record a trippy feel at times but when kick drum kicks in.. wow!

Thomas Bangalter — Club Soda // Finishing the list with just a stone cold classic. Went on a dig through Thomas & Guy Manuel’s back catalog post Daft Punk finishing and this just stood out to me. So cool, so groovy, so feel good.. This is the perfect 1st record of the night to warm everyone up.

If you have enjoyed these tunes, make sure to check out the full House & Techno Show for April 2021.
